"On Wednesdays, we wear pink!"

Hello all!  I hope you're all enjoying your Wednesdays, because it's officially the 10-year anniversary of Mean Girls!  And guess what.  It's on a Wednesday.  Y'all better be wearing them pinks or else we'll have to reconsider our friendship (only slightly kidding...)

So I took that as an excuse to paint my nails all pink and stuff :)

I love pink polishes so much!  But I don't ever wear them, so I'm taking this opportunity to wear them loud and proud!

Mean Girls was a pretty good movie.  All my sex ed knowledge comes from that movie.

For this manicure:

I started with a coat of Base Coat by Finger Paints.  For my thumb and ring fingers, I painted on two coats of Pink Punk by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear, and then I dabbed on two coats of Creative Control by Wet n Wild.  For my other fingers, I painted two coats of Maya by Julep.  The stamping was done with Myrtle by Julep and the SH 205 plate.  Then, I placed the heart stickers, which I got from Born Pretty Store.  Everything was topped with one coat of Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat by Sally Hansen.

Approximate Completion Time: 1 - 1.5 hours

And that's it!  This design is really simple, but you can't really see my Mean Girls inspiration very well.  It's just pink.  And girly.  And fun.  But it's pink, girly, and fun on a Wednesday, and I think that's what matters the most!

I don't know how long I'll be wearing this manicure.  The glitter will be fun to take off (not really, no), but I'm also waiting for my monthly Julep Maven box of happiness :) which I will swatch for you guys.  I want to try my hand at swatching and see what happens.

Summer vacation is almost here!  :D  You can do it!  Just pull on through!  And please don't let finals overwhelm you and stress you out.  That shortens your telomeres (read: shortens your lifespan), and we don't want that, friend.  But I will be posting soon!  And until then, stay safe :)
