Wild French Manicure

By "wild", I don't mean like..."oh look there's another French Revolution".  By "wild", I really mean...wild animals.  Animals that you find in the wild.  I think this picture speaks more than I can explain:

There is a different animal on each of my nails, and I will be giving you guys close ups, so be prepared for a picture heavy post!  Read more about my manicure after the jump :)
Usually, I don't really like French manicures.  For one, I get more satisfaction painting my entire nail, rather than just the tips.  Also, you can kinda slightly maybe see the staining I have on my nails if I give myself a French...hahaha...

For this manicure:

I started a coat of Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat by Sally Hansen, and then the tips were painted with two coats of Snow Me White by Sinful Colors.  Once the tips dried, I painted a coat of mademoiselle by essie.  The animals were stamped with Fiore by Julep using the SH 209 plate by Shany.  I cleaned around my nails with a brush dipped in pure acetone.  Once everything was dry, I added a coat of Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat by Sally Hansen.

These animals are so cute!

On my thumb is a panda.

On my pointer finger is a moose.

On my middle finger is an alligator/crocodile.

On my ring finger is a dog.

And on my pinky finger is a cat!  Or maybe it's a tiger.  My boyfriend helped me choose which animals to use, since the plate has 7 different animals and I couldn't decide which to use (the jaguar and the koala were not chosen, unfortunately).

Personally, I resonate most with the alligator.  That alligator has seen some stuff.  That alligator is me.  Also, I may or may not be wearing that same expression during biochemistry lectures because sometimes the professor goes on intelligent tangents and I just can't keep up with him...

But yes, these are my nails for now!  I hope you all have a wonderful day today :)
